Once the security deposit cheque is received your reservation has been confirmed. We greatly appreciate that a post-dated cheque also be mailed off with your security cheque payable two weeks before the start of your holiday. The cheques are to be mailed off to:

• Rates include the cottage for the whole duration of your vacation. (not “per person” & not "per night").

• A deposit of $200 is required, payable immediately in order to reserve your stay. Reservation deposit non refundable for cancelations within 30 days.

• This $200 is a reservation and security deposit, which will be returned to you within 7 days following your check-out date provided there is no damage and the cottage is in order.

• The price for your vacation is payable in full, 14 days before your check-in date. (This does not include the $200 security deposit).

• The 2 night week-end is from Friday to Sunday. The 7 night week is from Friday to Friday in the summertime. Check-in is at 6PM and check-out is at 12PM.
